Principal Woolf: Queen’s in the future

Over the past anniversary year, Queen’s has celebrated 175 years by reflecting on the past, and also by imagining its future. “I’ve always thought our best days lie ahead of us,” says Principal Daniel Woolf, who envisions a university 25 years from now that still takes its traditions seriously and values them, but also recognizes that traditions change. “I’d like to see us have a reputation for being on the cutting-edge, for risk-taking, for innovation and pedagogy, for internationally-renowned research.”
