Swansea University's 65 acre Bay Campus has undergone a £450m transformational regeneration, led by industry experts St Modwen and Vinci Construction. Phase 1 of the 1million sq ft campus has been completed using facing brick and precast arches, supplied by Taylor Maxwell, in partnership with Ibstock Brick.
