The mission of the MBA program is to educate, engage and empower our graduate business students through practical, data driven, experiential learning that will position them to be globally relevant effective problem solvers and socially responsible business professionals who are able to adapt and create value in an ever-changing business environment. The MBA program is designed to help students gain the skills and knowledge needed to work in executive, supervisory and management positions in various types of businesses. This professional degree program emphasizes the application of analytical, technical and behavioral tools to solve organizational problems. The required courses teach concepts across all business disciplines. MBA coursework consists of a core curriculum of 8 courses (24 credits) and 3 courses (9 credits) in five available concentrations (Accounting/Taxation, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, and Management/Leadership).

Specialty master's program
M. S. in Accounting and Taxation: This program offers a balanced approach to accounting and taxation, and it can be completed in 30 credits. The focus is not just on advanced technical competence in accounting and/or taxation, the effective use of technology in research and practice, effective communications with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders of diverse backgrounds, and ethical responsibilities but also on the development of life-long learning skills to maintain professional competence. Students may also elect a concentration in analytics. The analytics concentration includes courses in Business Analytics, Big Data and Data Mining, Business Intelligence (BI) and Visualization. M.S. in Information Systems and Analytics: The 30-credit program emphasizes the management of information systems and technologies, and their strategic use. Technical topics such as IT infrastructure and enterprise systems integration are combined with business issues, including managerial skills and ethics. The program welcomes students with diverse academic and professional backgrounds. Students can select a concentration in Information Technology Management, emphasizing the management of information systems and technologies, and their strategic use. Technical topics such as IT infrastructure and mobile technologies are covered. Students can also choose the concentration in Analytics and Informatics, focusing on data management and analysis, and business intelligence.
