Factors and Procedures Used in Admissions
Full-time MBA program
The ELMBA (accelerated full-time) is designed for those immediately out of undergrad as well as those with early career experience. Applicants must submit an application which includes a resume and personal essay, official transcripts, GMAT scores and two letters of recommendation.
Part-time MBA program
The professional MBA (part-time) requires an application which includes a resume and personal essay, official transcripts GMAT scores and at least 1 reference. GMAT can be waived if an applicant holds a terminal degree, holds a graduate degree (masters level) and/or professional certification (with evidence of significant quantitative coursework) and a minimum 3.25 GPA for highest degree, have a graduated with a bachelor's degree in business or economics, or a business minor and have a cumulative GPA of 3.4, both overall and in the major or minor business courses for an AACSB-accredited program. Or have a minimum of 3 years of progressive, professional, full-time work experience that entails a significant scope of responsibility and employs in-depth quantitative and analytical skills. An interview with an academic advisor is required.
Specialty master's program
The MAcc is designed for recent undergraduate accounting majors. The Loyola MAcc provides a clear path to both a master level credential and requisite credit hours to be a licensed CPA. Applicants must submit an application which includes a resume and personal essay, official transcripts, GMAT scores and two letters of recommendation.

Curricula Descriptions
Full-time program
The ELMBA (accelerated full-time) is a 45 credit program, covering all the functional areas of the traditional MBA as well as international and domestic field studies, internships and career coaching throughout the program.
Part-time program
The curriculum is 39 credits and is comprised of pre-program competency, core and elective courses. The elective choices are in Data Analytics and Digital Technologies, Finance, Interdisciplinary Business, Information Systems, Management, and Marketing
Specialty master's program
The curriculum is 30 credits and is comprised of pre-program competency, core and elective courses. The Loyola MAcc curriculum offers three track options which allow students to either focus on specific accounting topics at a deeper level or maintain a broader perspective to meet their career goals and prepare for further career advancement. The three tracks are General MAcc, Data Analytics, and Tax.
