Part-time MBA program
The ideal candidate will have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and two or more years of work experience. Applicants must submit: Application; Resume; Personal Statement; Two Letters of Reference; and Official Undergraduate Transcripts. Once all application requirements are submitted, an interview with the director or appropriate faculty representative may be required.
Specialty master's program
The ideal candidate will have a minimum GPA of 3.0 earned in a baccalaureate degree in Accounting from an accredited institution, or other Business degrees with additional coursework in Accounting or demonstrated exceptional professional experience as determined by the Program Director or Dean. Applicants must submit: Application; Resume; Personal Statement; Letter(s) of Reference; and Official Undergraduate Transcripts. Part-time program
The curriculum gives students a solid base of global business knowledge and leadership skills. The 42 credit accelerated program is delivered in 20 months. Students complete 6 credits during each of 7 academic terms of 10 weeks. It is a cohort model where students move through the 20 month program together. Students participate in an international immersion trip and Capstone consulting project.
Specialty master's program
Ramapo College, through, the Anisfield School of Business, offers a 30 – credit M.S. in Accounting (MSAC) program which prepares students to become Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and effective professionals in accounting and control functions in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. This is accomplished through a comprehensive learning experience in both advanced accounting and CPA exam preparation. Students in combination with previous credits from their bachelors degrees will attain the 150 credits required for the CPA licensure, and the professional preparation to excel in today’s complex and rapidly changing financial reporting environment. M.S. in Accounting (MSAC) graduates will possess an in-depth understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles that will enable them to appropriately identify financial problems and employ the applicable research skills necessary to provide effective solutions to improve business practices. Our graduates will also develop skills that are necessary to accurately identify current emerging domestic and international issues in the accounting profession. Topics include Forensic Accounting, Fraud Examination and Advance Auditing, and Data Analytics.
